Asma Basurrah

I am an Assistant Professor of Psychology at King Abdulaziz University in Saudi Arabia. I contributed to the field of positive psychology through my rigorous cross-cultural research on well-being and resilience, including a pioneering systematic review examining the impact of positive psychology interventions (PPIs) on enhancing well-being and reducing mental health issues in Arab countries. I am also a co-author of the first comprehensive well-being and flourishing practice guide in Arabic, led by Mohammed Al-Haj Baddar.
