Rosemary Etim

Rosemary Etim holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London and is based in Saudi Arabia. Her interests focus on the application of positive psychology to identity reconstruction, meaning-making, and flourishing, particularly in the context of life transitions and experiences of failure. She is especially interested in culturally responsive approaches to well-being within diverse and expatriate communities in the GCC. Rosemary is currently in an early-stage phase of her professional journey, engaging in independent, informal coaching and applied development work while preparing for formal practice within regulatory frameworks. She has developed a structured self-coaching workbook, From Failure to Flourishing, which she uses to support women in rebuilding identity, restoring self-worth, and moving toward purposeful living after personal or financial setbacks. She is the founder of WAITT Empowerment Hub and co-founder of EagleEdge Academy, where she designs and facilitates programs in personal development, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy for children, adolescents, and adults. Living in Saudi Arabia, Rosemary brings a strong interest in cultural context, diversity, and the practical application of positive psychology to support well-being across populations in the Middle East.
