I am a prospective postgraduate student at King's College London, holding an unconditional offer for the MSc in Clinical Neuropsychiatry. Before earning my Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Effat University, I studied Medicine at King Abdulaziz University for two years, providing me with a strong foundation in the medical sciences before transitioning to psychology.
I completed a six-month clinical internship at Erfan and Bagedo General Hospital, one of Saudi Arabia's leading hospitals for psychiatric and psychological services.
Alongside my academic background, I have extensive experience in research and STEM through years of participation in robotics competitions. Most recently, I served as a Senior Judge for RoboFest and the MRC competition in Taif, Saudi Arabia, where I evaluated student engineering and robotics projects.
My long-term goal is to specialize in neuropsychology and neuropharmacology and contribute to the development of clinical neuropsychology, an area that remains underdeveloped in Saudi Arabia, through research, education, and evidence-based clinical care. My primary research interests include personality disorders, eating disorders, and forensic mental health.
