"I was born in Beirut and moved to Kuwait at the age of 9. After graduating from the British School of Kuwait, I moved to Ottawa (Canada) and completed a BSc. in Psychology at Carleton University in 2016.
In 2017, I moved back to Lebanon to continue my education as an aspiring Clinical Psychologist. On August 14 2020, I successfully completed my MA in Clinical Psychology at the University of Balamand. As part of my research, I explored how the life experiences of Third Culture Kids may have played a role in their identity development and interpersonal relationships.
Throughout my MA I had the privilege of completing trainings in various placements, including: The Psychiatric Hospital of the Cross (psychiatric disorders), SESOBEL (children with physical and/or intellectual disabilities) and Mariam & Martha Community Center (women's shelter and rehabilitation center), among others.
I have worked with people of different ages, cultures and mental states. I am compassionate, empathetic and optimistic by nature which allows me to work in a variety of contexts and environments."
