Yara Abdallah is a trilingual psychologist (Arabic, French, English) specialized in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies (CBT). She offers in-person and online sessions. Thanks to her expertise in CBT, she offers techniques and strategies based on scientific evidence that allow individuals to identify and modify their dysfunctional thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to alleviate their suffering. Through a collaborative, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach, she aims to create a safe and conducive therapeutic environment where individuals can explore their discomfort, develop effective coping skills, and achieve their personal goals.
Furthermore, she is actively involved in research, with a particular focus on Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety disorders, as well as their impact on identity and memory. Her research work is in collaboration with Saint-Joseph University of Beirut in Lebanon and the University of Lille in France. Through her interest in research, she strives to deepen her understanding of human complexity and continually integrate the latest discoveries into her therapeutic practice.
