KAVITA SARVESH

I have done my Graduation and Masters in Psychology with specialization in Clinical, Industrial and Social Psychology. I am a certified CBT practitioner from the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, UK and have also gained certification as a Behavioral Trainer and accredited practitioner in Thomas Personality Profiling. Even with 15 years of counselling experience with adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, fear, psychometric assessments, mindfulness training and hypnotherapy, I prefer to call myself more as a “Nurturer” of my clients, one who enables them to bloom their potentials and overcome obstacles of their lives. Being a member of MEPA, I constantly look forward to contribute my best to the society.
